Subject: Is there a public bugzilla / jira / trac database for reporting/tracking bugs?

I'd like to open some bug reports against Notes 8 for Linux, but I can't find a bugzilla or other tracking DB to do so. Sametime uses Bugzilla, Eclipse uses bugzilla, but Notes uses a discussion forum? Please tell me there's a place I can submit screen shots, code snippets, patches, and console logs?
